Topic: Could we all agree that there is no REST API to ExactTarget?

A single URL to which you can send gobs of XML does not constitute a RESTful API.

Unless I'm missing the real REST API in which case please please please tell me where it is.

If someone could point me to the RESTful API that would be great (I thought integrating with RoR would be easy).

I agree that sending a bunch of XML isn't RESTful.
